Sue Radosti began practice as an independent childbirth educator under the name "BirthJoy" in 1994. The mother of three home-born daughters, she believes that women need to know that JOY is a real possibility in childbirth.
When Sue became a licensed massage therapist in 1996, she quickly realized that the awakening of physical awareness and ease is a kind of birth in itself. She now works with both pregnant and non-pregnant clients, yet still feels that "BirthJoy" is an appropriate name for her services.
Sue is licensed in massage therapy by the state of Iowa, with professional certifications in pregnancy massage and Trauma Touch Therapy. She also holds a master's degree in health ministry and a graduate certificate in spiritual direction, both from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago.
